Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies only to the 1NTEGRAGUARD AI Readiness Audit named standalone HTML pack sold at 1ndygo-ai.com/audit/buy for A$990 including GST (the “Pack”). Consultancy deposits under the Terms of Service are separate. The licence itself is in the Licence Agreement.

1. Australian Consumer Law is not excluded

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any right, guarantee, or remedy under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) that cannot lawfully be excluded. If the Pack has a major failure as the ACL defines it, you are entitled to the remedies the ACL gives you, which may include a refund. This policy does not ask you to waive those rights.

This is a commercial policy for change of mind and failed delivery. It is not a statement that cooling-off under some other statute does or does not apply to you. If a mandatory cooling-off right applies to your purchase, that right sits above this page.

2. What you are buying

A named digital file. After payment we email a download link that is valid for 7 days and up to 3 successful downloads (Clock 2). The 12-month named licence (Clock 1 — 365 days) is the right to use the stamped Pack. Clock 2 is delivery, not extra licence term.

3. Change of mind — our commercial rule

Because this is a named digital good that cannot be returned once supplied:

• Checkout cancelled. If you cancel Stripe Checkout before paying, there is no charge.
• Paid, not yet downloaded. If you have paid and the named file has not been successfully downloaded, you may ask for a full refund of the amount paid, or a re-issue of the download envelope, by emailing 1ntegraguard@1ndygo-ai.com. We will refund or re-issue within a reasonable time after we confirm no successful download against that licence.
• Successfully downloaded. If the named file has been successfully downloaded, we do not offer a change-of-mind refund. You already have the instrument. This is a commercial rule. It is not an ACL waiver.

“Successfully downloaded” means our records show a completed download of the stamped Pack under that licence.

4. Failed delivery

If the email does not arrive, the link fails, or the envelope expires unused because of a fault on our side, email us. We will re-issue the download envelope during Clock 1 or refund the amount paid, at your election, once we confirm the failure.

Check spam and that the checkout address was correct. A wrong address you entered is not a fault on our side. We will still try to re-issue to the right named address during Clock 1.

5. Promotion codes and A$0 checkouts

If a valid promotion code reduces the price, any refund is of the amount actually paid (which may be A$0). An A$0 checkout is still a licence. Change of mind after a successful download still follows section 3.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a genuine ACL or failed-delivery claim, email us first so we can put it right. An unwarranted chargeback after a successful download may lead to licence revocation.

7. Trials

Admin-authorised 7-day trials are not this paid SKU. A trial is not a cooling-off period for a later A$990 purchase.

8. How to ask

Email 1ntegraguard@1ndygo-ai.com from the licensed address. Include the licensed name, organisation, and approximate payment time. We aim to respond within 5 business days.

Refunds, when payable, go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Allow several business days for the bank to show the credit.

9. GST

Prices are including GST. Where we refund, GST is reversed in the normal way. Ask us if you need the tax invoice re-issued.

10. What this policy does not cover

Engine, Academy, the Partner Programme, and consultancy are not covered here. Those sit on their own terms, or on the Terms of Service.

11. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Tasmania, Australia.
