Tuesday, 18 August 2026. Sixteen days ago the majority of the EU AI Act became applicable. Transparency rules are live. Enforcement has started. General-purpose AI obligations have been in force for a year. High-risk Annex III systems still have a runway — 2 December 2027 — because Brussels delayed them in the AI Omnibus. That is not a holiday. That is the last clean window to train people who can actually run the work.
Meanwhile the tools are already inside the building. Stanford HAI’s 2025 AI Index found 78% of organisations were using AI in 2024, up from 55% the year before. IBM’s 2026 Cost of a Data Breach Report — 602 breached organisations, 17 industries, 16 countries — then tells you what that adoption looks like without capability: 92% of organisations hit by an AI-related incident lacked proper AI access controls. Shadow AI incidents more than doubled, from 20% to 43%. More than two-thirds had no governance process to limit shadow AI. Only 32% of those breached organisations even had an AI policy, down from 37% the year before.
That is the skills gap. Not a shortage of chatbots. A shortage of people who can assess, document, train and certify. 1NTEGRAGUARD Academy is the software that turns that shortage into a practice. For the assessment engine itself, start with the 1NTEGRAGUARD platform briefing. For the regulatory picture, read AI governance in 2026.
The AI governance skills gap is the sale
Traditional compliance training does not cover AI. Technical AI courses ignore the law. Spreadsheets and “good intentions” do not survive a board paper, a procurement questionnaire, or a Privacy Act automated-decision review.
What organisations actually need — and what buyers will pay for — is a person who can walk in, run a scored assessment across seven weighted domains, leave an evidence pack, train the team, and issue a credential the board can verify. That person is scarce. Scarcity is a market.
ISO/IEC 42001 is already showing up in government and enterprise vendor qualification. The Australian Privacy Act 1988 already expects disclosure and human review when automated decisions hit HR, credit or customer service. GPAI rules covering tools like ChatGPT, Copilot and Gemini have applied in the EU since 2 August 2025. Waiting for “the big deadline” is how you arrive late with an untrained team.
The gap is also a channel. Firms that already hold the client relationship should resell Engine, Academy and the Bundle — not spend eighteen months building a platform. That is what the Channel Partner program is for.
What 1NTEGRAGUARD Academy AI governance training actually is
Not a PDF course. Not a three-letter certificate we invented for a brochure. The live product at app.1ntegraguard.info is professional software for consultants, firms, SMEs and partners to train, certify and deliver AI governance — aligned to ISO/IEC 42001, NIST AI RMF 1.0, the EU AI Act, the Privacy Act 1988, OECD AI Principles, IEEE 7000, the Australian Consumer Law 2010 and the Copyright Act 1968.
20 modules · 12 learning hubs
Role-based paths for owners, consultants and staff. Foundations through advanced risk, procurement and capstone.
7 domains · 1,000-point engine
Ethics, Privacy, Technical Risk, Regulatory Compliance, Transparency, Human Oversight, Accountability. Scored Critical to Optimised.
13+ delivery templates
AI policy, system register, risk register, RACI, incident reporting, evidence-pack outline — editable, saveable, framework-aligned.
Verified digital credentials
Public verify URLs with recipient name, maturity level, score, issue date and credential ID. SME exams unlock after 30 days of active subscription — integrity is the point.
The four-step method on the platform:
- Assess — run the 1,000-point engine. Identify gaps. Generate a scored maturity report and a prioritised remediation roadmap.
- Document — produce the artefacts: policies, registers, RACI, evidence packs.
- Train — role-specific modules so the client’s people actually understand the controls.
- Certify — issue a readiness certificate from the Engine and credential the team through the Academy.
The backbone sits at 1ntegraguard.info. The Academy is how you learn it, prove it, and take it to a client. 1NDYGO AI builds governed systems around both — see AI governance services if you need delivery, not just a seat.
Six AI governance consultant tools. No extra software.
Consultant, Practice and Partner plans include the delivery kit:
- HITL Protocol Builder — human-oversight protocols, escalation triggers, override logs. ISO 42001 and EU AI Act Article 14.
- Privacy Impact Assessment — AI-specific PIA/DPIA mapped to the Privacy Act, GDPR and the EU AI Act.
- AI System Register — inventory with EU AI Act classification, risk level and oversight.
- Incident Manager — bias events, privacy breaches, notifications, corrective action.
- Regulatory Mapper — AU, EU, US and NZ obligations by jurisdiction and AI type.
- Board Governance Report — maturity scores, top risks, domain KPIs, deadlines. Board-ready in minutes.

The reseller door: 50% after overheads + 15% recurring
You already advise clients. You do not need eighteen months to build a governance platform. Become a certified 1NDYGO AI delivery partner and sell the 1NTEGRAGUARD ecosystem — Engine, Academy, and the combined Bundle — as subscriptions and as outright package sales. Apply at 1ndygoai-partner.com.
- 50% commission after overheads on qualifying partner deals. Overheads are the deal costs deducted before the split — the Channel Partner portal and the Channel Partner Agreement hold the schedule. We keep it basic here on purpose.
- 15% of the client’s annual maintenance as recurring revenue on the relationship you keep.
- Three sell-through offers: Engine (assessment), Academy (training), Bundle (both). Price points for every client stage.
- Partner portal for onboarding, quoting and deal tracking. The portal is ops. The products are what your clients buy.
- Apply → reviewed in two business days → Channel Partner Agreement → portal → quote → sell and deliver with 1NDYGO backing.
Indicative commercial terms as at 18 August 2026. Binding rates sit in the Channel Partner Agreement. This is a contracted reseller program — not the intern 20%, and the two do not stack on the same invoice. Not a promise of 50% on custom 1NDYGO build work outside Engine, Academy and Bundle unless the agreement says so.
Apply as a Channel PartnerWhy AI governance capability upskilling is the product
A licence without trained people is a dashboard nobody opens. A policy nobody can defend is a liability with letterhead. Academy exists so the consultant can deliver and the SME can stand in front of a regulator, a board, or a procurement panel without blinking.
That is also why we teach on the same engine we sell. You do not learn a framework in a vacuum and then invent the paperwork. You run the assessment, write the artefacts, train the team, and issue the credential — on the platform your client will keep using.
Proof, not adjectives

1NTEGRAGUARD Academy FAQ
Intern versus paid?
The first 100 Skool interns get one free Consultant-tier Academy seat, conditional on staying engaged. After 100, you buy a plan. Both can earn 20% on qualifying sales through the two 1NTEGRAGUARD sites, conditions apply.
20% of what?
Any sale through app.1ntegraguard.info or 1ntegraguard.info. Tracked in Partner Hub. Conditions apply. This is not a promise on custom 1NDYGO build work outside those two properties.
What does “active” mean?
Daily comments or reactions, live sessions, completed modules, shared certificates. Inactive interns lose the free seat. One seat. It cannot be shared or transferred.
Do I need prior AI experience?
No. Foundations first, then the specialist work. The gap is governance capability, not another Python course.
Can I bring a team?
Yes — each person needs their own seat. Share your Partner Hub link and you earn on qualifying referrals. For Practice, Partner or Enterprise volumes, book a consultation.
Intern 20% or partner 50%?
Two different programs. Interns earn 20% on qualifying sales through app.1ntegraguard.info or 1ntegraguard.info. Channel Partners earn 50% after overheads under the Channel Partner Agreement. They do not stack on the same invoice.
50% of what?
Commission after overheads on qualifying partner deals for Engine, Academy and Bundle. Overheads are the deal costs deducted before the split. The Channel Partner portal holds the schedule. Binding definition sits in the Channel Partner Agreement.
15% recurring — of what?
15% of the client’s annual maintenance on the relationship you keep. Recurring while that maintenance continues. Detail and product scope live in the Channel Partner portal and the agreement — this blog stays basic on purpose.
Competitors will hire this capability after the audit letter. You can own it this month — as a consultant building a practice, as an SME training the people who already opened Copilot, as one of the first 100 interns who get the Consultant seat while it is still free, or as a Channel Partner reselling Engine, Academy and the Bundle.
The question is not whether AI governance skills are valuable. It is whether you will have them before the next questionnaire lands.
